After looking around Scarborough and the east end of the city..I realized this was the best PRICE..not only that it was a clean location. lots of options for storage and the Staff are very friendly and helpful..I would recommend this location..my only complaint was the lack of lighting in each storage unit ..but I understand why this is not a option..it's a good storage cheaper than all the REST..you won't be disappointed..👌

I booked my unit at XYZ downtown Toronto, however, Paul from XYZ Dundas was so kind and considerate to answer all my questions and even send me an email afterwards for confirmation.
It is very rare to experience this standard of customer service. You have a great employee in your hands. Fully deserved 5 star rating.

Clean facilities can make all the difference, and we’re glad that stood out.
Fantastic service from the front desk staff and super smooth storage experience. Provided dollies and easy to access loading zones were a lifesaver.
Heads up: you have to request after hours access in advanced for your gate code to work. I wasn’t told this when I moved in and it came as a surprise when I was trying to grab something after hours. Other than that, no complaints.
